Carpentry: My specialty! Basically anything made of wood I can make or fix. Examples include butcher block and live edge tables; installation and repairs of interior/exterior doors; garden/fence gates; wood and laminate flooring; custom shelving; etc.
Plumbing: Replace old, broken or out of style faucets, sinks, vanities and toilets with new, up to date versions; drill hole through walls for dryer vents; remove old, cracked and moldy caulk around bathtubs/showers and re-caulk.
Electrical: Replace old, broken or out of style light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets and switches with new, up to date versions.Extend wiring to add new fixtures and outlets.
Flooring: Install and repair wood, laminate and ceramic flooring along with complementary baseboards.
Ceramic Tile: Install and repair kitchen counter back splashes, flooring and bathtub/shower walls.
Babyproofing: Install various styles of gates, anti-tipping straps and kitchen cabinet locks.
Drywall: Repair walls/ceilings damaged by water.
Painting: Focus on interior doors, walls and ceilings.
Wall Hangings: Install TV mounts along with “fishing” wiring inside walls when possible; hang art work, mirrors, curtains/drapes and shelving.
